Where are your call centers located?
Apello makes its headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, with other locations to add redundancy and flexibility to our operation. All of our operators are located in the continental United States.

Apello uses call logging software to record 100% of calls at the switch. Call recordings are used for the following reasons:
